- About Grid
Grid is a modular, lightweight and screen-estate saving grid of party/raid unit frames written by Pastamancer and Maia. Optional modules can be assigned to up to 7 possible indicators: each corner, a border center text and center icon - to highlight specific units (and if you prefer to only show units in range, this is posible too). Grid comes with a bunch of modules (aggro indicator, incoming heals, auras (debuff types, shield, renew, rejuv, mortal strike,...), mana, health deficit,...), but it's easy to add your own modules (see the developer API).

If you downloaded Grid from wowace, please don't post here. These releases are actually tested. Anything from wowace is bleeding-edge and may or may not work.
When making a bug report, be sure to include the following informaiton:
- Grid version (ex: r16623 from curse)
- WoW version (ex: 1.12 enUS)
- What you were doing when the bug occured
- What happened (ie. what the bug is)
- Any error messages if applicable
- A screenshot if it is a graphical bug

Stumpydacow saidSo i changed center text to display magic and diseases but then i removed display magic and diseases, and unit name is enabled, but its still not working. I exited and reentered wow but still it wont show unit names in party. Help please

OOOO and soe asked before if u can make grid act like heal bot download a mod called clique it works with most raid frames

Luminaire4192 saidTo make the grid healing bar go from right to left again you first type "/grid config." Once you have done that expand Grid, then expand Frame, and at the bottom you should see a tab called "Advanced." Click that tab and at the very bottom you will find "Orientation of frame" and "Orientation of text." Just change the Orientation of frame to horizontal and it should work.

A few patches ago, Blizzard made RENEW from 2 priests stackable (they didnt replace each other anymore).
So I need Grid to show me only the active RENEW from me ... and not from another priest.
Now it shows if a player has a renew, but doesn't matter which priest casted it.
How to fix this?

dariuslloyd saidIs there ANY way to sort the PARTY order when not in a raid, just a regular 5 man party? Be it a default option or added module?
I need an addon that will display all 5 characters in a party, including myself, and allow me to control the order.
Any suggestions, ideas, or information is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

gamerunknown saidIt's a bit of a stupid question, but how do I enable grid? I didn't know how to make it disappear when I abandoned a party, so I unchecked "enable" and logged out. Didn't notice until I entered a battleground, but my Grid icon disappeared, even though it was enabled in the AddOns page... =/

phel1 saidtype "/grid config" and then reclick the enable box. I also did the same thing and it took me quite awhile to find the info i needed to turn it back on. hope this helps

Willyi001 saidI really like this addon, however, I am having one problem with it. Is there anyway to scale it to just show the 25 people in your raid, without the blank space extra groups (6,7,8). I've noticed even in 25 man raids, there is a lot of extra space in the box, where the other groups are supposed to go, however, no one is in those other groups, is there anyway to make this interface tighter, so it doesn't show that extra space. I've noticed when testing this addon, it scales vertically, if there is only two people in the raid, it only shows room for two people vertically in each group, however, there is still a lot of extra space within the box horizontally. Can someone help me? I've been looking through the options of this addon, and playing around with it a lot, and cannot seem to be able to get rid of that extra space horizontally.

dreamspawn saidunder the "Layout" options in the config dialog there is an option called "Raid Layout" where you can select the size of your raid, this should get rid of the extra space - but you will have to change it manually every time you join a different sized raid.
EDIT: allthough there is an addon called "GridAutoFrameSize" that may be interesting

Would it be possible at some point to add custom Targets?
Meaning selecting specific raid members and putting them in one custom group so they are all together.
I have asked this question is the past but never had a response.

Barba0001 saidhow do i move the grid box, were all the party/raid members anre displayed. i can configure it to look cute , but... i cant move it and its right at the center fo the screen ! =S, bloking my character and its pretty annyoing. i just want to be able to move that box wherever i want in the screen.
